Y&D Properties, LLC is an Ohio based business founded in 2008 and headquartered
in the greater Cleveland area. It’s founder’s have been friends from childhood
and both share fond memories of family vacations to Florida and Disney World.
Our goal is to continue to expand our presence in Florida through acquisition
of fine real-estate properties.
